Strike System
Breaking the rules earns your account a strike, always with a reason attached. Three active strikes and the account is gone for good. Each strikeexpires 3 months after it is issued, and you can check your standing any time under Account Standing on your profile.
- Strike 1
Warning + 1 day mute
The strike and its reason are recorded. Your account keeps working, and you are muted on our Discord server for 24 hours.
- Strike 2
7 day mute
A week-long mute on our Discord server. Your account still works, but you are one strike away from losing it.
- Strike 3
Permanent ban
Your ProtoHax account is banned for good, your devices stay bound, and you lose access to our Discord server.
Every strike and every pardon is emailed to you. A moderator can pardon a strike at any time, which also lifts a ban if it drops you back under three.

Is ProtoHax free to use?
Yes! ProtoHax is free to download and use. We believe in providing accessible tools for everyone.
Can I use my subscription across devices?
Yes, you can activate your subscription on up to 3 devices simultaneously. Your subscription is platform agnostic, meaning it works across both Android and Windows. To prevent abuse, newly added devices are locked for removal for 72 hours.
Does ProtoHax require root or administrator privileges?
ProtoHax does not require root access on Android. However, on Windows, administrator privileges (UAC) are required to perform the injection process into the game client.
How does the strike system work?
Moderators can issue a strike against your account for breaking the rules, always with a written reason. Strikes stack: the first is a warning plus a 1 day Discord mute, the second is a 7 day mute, and the third permanently bans your ProtoHax account and removes your access to our Discord server. Every strike expires automatically 3 months after it is issued, so a single old strike does not follow you forever. What happens when my account is banned?
A banned account can no longer start ProtoHax on any device, and it cannot bind new devices or link a Discord account. Your username is released so someone else can take it, and your existing devices stay bound to the account and can no longer be removed from the profile page, which stops a banned account from freeing up its hardware slots to be reused elsewhere. A ban does not expire on its own, even after the three underlying strikes reach their expiry date — only a moderator can lift it.
Can a strike be removed?
Yes. Strikes expire by themselves after 3 months, and a moderator can also pardon one immediately. If a pardon drops you back below 3 active strikes, any ban is lifted at the same time. Every strike you receive, and every pardon, is emailed to the address on your account. If you think a strike was a mistake, reply to that email or contact a moderator on our Discord server.
Why is my antivirus flagging ProtoHax?
This is a known false positive. ProtoHax is a game mod loader that uses code protection and process injection techniques to function — the same behaviors that antivirus software is designed to detect. Our software is protected using VMProtect to prevent tampering and reverse engineering, which can trigger heuristic-based detections even though the file is completely safe. If you still don't feel comfortable, you can always run ProtoHax inside a virtual machine to test it in an isolated environment.
